Description:

Mark Lythgoe, neurophysiologist and one of the UK’s leading science communicators gives an interactive presentation on the complexity of perception.

Mark's recent eight part BBC3 Series : 'Is This The One?' looked at the neurobiology of love, attraction and compatibility. The series followed eight couples over eight months and used psychology, biology, genetics and neuroscience to find out if they were compatible with each other. Each couple underwent 3 scientific tests, the results were revealed to the couples at the end of the eight month period.
